“ Had a great meal here recently as a group of 4. Fortunately we booked ahead as it was quite busy on the day. My only complaint was that the booth was a bit narrow and having some disabled users with us made it a tad awkward but not enough to mark down the service. Speaking of service, whilst it wasn't the fastest, it wasn't so slow as to consider it poor. Drinks were prompt and I ordered a starter. After finishing, the main wasn't too far behind. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meal, service was excellent. Enough to check in that everything was OK but by no means overbearing. Three pizza eaters were all very satisfied and one risotto order also had great reviews. Restaurant and toilets were clean, staff were all friendly and I'd definitely go back. Only other comment I could make, table got a bit conjested with glasses and only a single napkin for the pizza, which meant I had to ask more but again, not something I'd consider bad service and they were really busy but overall managed well. Very grateful for online reviews as there was another venue closer but reviews were not great, so opted for this restaurant and was very happy with the decision. ”

“ The food we had was delicious!! Definitely go back there when we get the chance. We went at lunchtime, where it was quiet so we liked the atmosphere, because it wasn't busy at all. The decor of the restaurant and the layout of everything was really nice! The young lady who served us was very polite and friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. ”
“ A visit to Zizzi Cardiff Quay before or after a show at the Wales Millennium Centre is ideal. I was able to book a table for myself and friends. Staff greeted us on arrival and gave a choice on where to dine. The manager came to speak to us and had a chat about the show we went to see, fantastic. Great communication when placing the order, the food was served within a great time from when ordering. All items of food were served at a great temperature. Each dish was cooked fresh to order. The restaurant had great lighting and customer flow from the entrance, bar and toilets. The staff was well knowledgeable on the selection menu items. Will most definitely return and recommend. ”
